Section 1.B
Introduction
Hello, and welcome to my ultimate warrior guide. In this section I am going to be posting all the current warrior builds I use, and others, with links to the original thread if it was not created by me or modified. I have been playing Guild Wars for about 2 years now, and am currently in a guild which I run with some friends who I met in game and from other gaming scenes. The guild is called TDC and more information if you want it will be sent to you via PM.
---
Section 1.C
Why be a Warrior?
People need warriors! Period. Whether it is for a mission or quest, or participating in GvG, you will find that warriors are needed on most occasions. As the character has the highest armour level and has good + armour skills they can be used to tank the mobs without much help. They can block the mobs getting to the back lines of the fight such as the spell casters, who need time to cast their skills and help fight. They can also be used as a damage dealer, or just a survivor. The warrior’s ability to fight with their increased strength than that of other professions makes the warrior an ideal front line fighter. Their main strength is in their use of melee weapons, such as the hammer, axe and sword. They have numerous skills for any type of occasion.
“Warriors rely on stout hearts, brute strength and melee weapons to subdue their enemies and protect their allies. They generally disdain long range warfare, preferring instead to charge directly into the fray, swinging their weapon of choice. They can take a beating unlike anyone else. Warriors are equally comfortable wielding axe, hammer or sword, though many choose to master just one of the weapons over the others. Many warrior skills require adrenaline, which builds up during combat to enable those skills, and usually results in major damage. Defensive tactics help the warrior to avoid damage and protect allies, but strength is the warrior’s biggest asset, allowing this hero to do more damage with every attack.”
Quoted from the Guild Wars Prophecies manuscript, Book II, The Challenge

Start at Beetletun and run past the mergoyles and tengus. Do not put any enchantments on yourself yet. When you get past both the groups of tengus put your enchantments up, taking 3 Ettins at a time for the best results.

Totem Axe Farmer
http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...07&postcount=9
W/Mo
Totem axe Farmer
This is a build I came up with in 5 minutes to farm the totem axes in The Falls. This build can take on the Behemoths, Life pods, Jungle Skales, and the Wind riders.
Skill Bar:
Cleave{E}
Healing Sig
Penetrating Blow
Executioners Strike
Sprint
Shields up
Endure Pain
Mending
Attributes:
Healing Prayers 5
Strength 9+1
Axe Mastery 12+1
Tactics 9+1
NOTE: This build means that you should already have the extra attributes quests done.
Weapons:
I suggest an axe with a +15% while enchanted mod on it.
Shield shuld have while enchanted mods and another should have While in stance mods for running.
This Is Not My Build. I Have Just Posted It Here With The Original Link, And Copied It Into This Guide.

Sliver Vermin
Profession: Warrior
Secondary: Elementalist
Attributes
Earth Magic 12
Strength 8 + 1 + 3
Tactics 10 + 1
Swordsmanship 2
Skills
Glyph of Renewal {E}, Sliver Armor, Dolyak Signet, Healing Signet, I Will Survive, Bonetti’s Defense, Riposte, Deadly Riposte
Armor: Knight’s Armor for the damage reduction.
Weapon: Any sword will do, but Rajazan's Fervor is preferred for the “of enchanting” upgrade and the extra energy
Shield: Any maxed shield will do, particularly those with absorption upgrades
Additional: Use runes of superior vigor, absorption and some attunement runes on your armor
Summary:
Aggro 2-3 groups of vermin at a time. Then use the skills in the following order.
Dolyak Signet, Glyph of Renewal Silver Armor Healing Signet 2-3 times, Repeat.
Use Bonetti’s defense to manage the energy levels. I will survive for the health degeneration if it becomes too much to handle, and riposte and deadly riposte to kill the last vermin.
---
Dead Sword Solo
Profession: Warrior
Secondary: Monk
Attributes
Axe Mastery 12 + 2 (or more)
Strength 10 + 1
Healing Prayers 8
Smiting Prayers 2
Skills
Flail, Cyclone Axe, Triple Chop, Bonetti’s Defense, Dolyak Signet, Vigorous Spirit, Live Vicariously, Balthazar’s Spirit
Armor: Gladiators for the extra energy, Or knight for the damage reduction.
Weapon: An axe is required for this build. I use Victo's Battle Axe for added damage, but any max axe with 15^50 will do, just might take longer
Shield: Have a max shield with +45/-2 while enchanted and requires strength, I use Arrahhsh’s Aegis for this.
Summary:
First get to The Shattered Ravines from Bone Palace. Let the king die in order to repeat the quest. Cast Balthazar's Spirit on yourself and let the energy recharge to full before casting Live Vicariously. Once the king is dead, wait until the slave spirits settle, and then get close to aggro and cast Vigorous Spirit BEFORE aggro. Be sure to charge for the monks slave spirits first as they are the ones that can shoot you from a distance. Get within the mob so that your cyclone axe will be able to hit everything. Once positioned, hit Dolyak Signet to reduce melee damage. Start cycloning using both Cyclone Axe followed by Triple Chop. After the first cyclone axe, you should be able to use flail to increase attacking speed. Alternate Cyclone Axe and Triple Chop (by continuously spamming whichever becomes available first) and use executioner's strike whenever it becomes charged. With live vicariously and vigorous spirit up, you should be able to stay alive while causing massive AOE damage to all surrounding targets. Make sure flail stays up at all times to increase attack speed and to increase the rate you benefit from live vicariously and vigorous spirit. You will get interrupted by Savage Slash frequently when trying to cast vigorous spirit, but just keep trying and eventually they won't be able to interrupt. Use the same method for all 5 mobs. When finished, rezone and repeat.

Like the intiative... but:
Quote:
Weapons
A 15^50 20/20 +30 Hp Axe
A 15^50 20/20 +30 Hp Sword
A 15^50 20/20 +30 Hp Hammer
A 15^50 1/1 Energy Stealing + 30 Hp Axe

You may want to replace the sundering with vampiric, and add an elemental weapon in there.

Ettin farming... not that good anymore...

Consider a different mod?
Ettin farming build is very old, and somewhat slow with the build you listed.
Troll farming build is decent, but is now ridiculously slow. Melee monsters will run away when they get to around 50%, leaving only 3 attacking you at once.

A while ago Knight's Boots (the ones with damage reduction) affected your whole armor set, but after an update a few months ago the damage reduction only takes place if you get hit on the actual boots. Gladiator's+Knight's Boots used to be optimal equipment, but now it's "nerfed".

I farm with my warrior all the time... i go with half glads/ hald dreadnaughts. also i have inperfect weapons. but i still farm fine. you should note that thoes weapon and armour sets are the premium things, and that they're not really nessicary to getting it done, and sup perfect weapons will still get the job done, albeir a little slower at the least. this is stil a work in progress, but good job anyways.

This guide is fine, but I'd consider changing the prefixes for the weapons. It has been proven that there are mods superior to Sundering...

Wow, I need to get one of those.
Ettins and Trolls are unprofitable and boring; Totem Axe is way faster with a Burning Arrow Ranger.
And people don't need warriors (but that's just my opinion).

Overall, good guide. A lot of people are making comments that this stuff can be found elsewhere but gathering it all together and updating it definitely doesn't hurt.
Marverick, saying that a particular farming area or section works better with a different profession is not really a good focus. First off, not everyone has every campaign, and I'm guessing that most people don't have a level 20 of every profession. Otherwise I'd say only solo UW with ele's b/c its about twice as fast as every other build. That would be silly of me, however, because I know that not everyone has a lvl 20 ele and even less have sandstorm unlocked. The guide was intended for warriors and to show that a warrior CAN farm the area for a totem axe. (This really isn't intended to sound rude if it did)

The point of farming is maximizing your profit.
But alright, even for warriors there are faster ways... use a Superior Axe Rune at least, swap Penetrating Blow with Dismember to get Deep Wound, and swap Mending for Enraging Charge as another running stance and to get a boost of adrenaline from the start.
And use a Fiery Axe Haft to own the little pod things.

I think this is an awsome idea, if it is maintained......as guild wiki is no longer going to have a builds section, gwg is going to be my goto site for builds. Its nice to see that they are going to be organized here now.
